Being out in the sun is fun but make sure you stay safe while you enjoy it. Wear a high factor sun lotion and appropriate clothing. It’s a good idea to seek shade during the hottest parts of the day which are usually between 11am and 3pm. Also make sure you have drinking water with you at all times as it’s easy to dehydrate in hot weather.
Stay hydrated this summer with Magnesium Mineralized Water.
