Your request for a free home survey is now with our experienced customer service team who will call you to arrange an appointment that is convenient to you and to answer any questions you may have.
Once we have arranged your appointment one of our approved installers will call to conduct the survey. The installer is a qualified plumber and not a salesman and will be able to answer any questions you might have regarding the physical installation process. If the survey is successful they will also offer you a selection of available installation dates. Once you are happy and have agreed a date our Installer will take a secure payment via their BWT card reader.
