Thank you for requesting your Water Softener Installation! Our experienced customer service team will soon call you to arrange a convenient appointment and answer any questions you may have.

After scheduling your appointment, one of our approved installers, a qualified plumber (not a salesman), will visit to conduct the survey. They will answer any questions you have about the installation process. If the survey is successful, they will provide you with a selection of available installation dates. Once you are satisfied and have chosen a date, our installer will securely process your payment using their BWT card reader.
