With summer well on its way, remembering to stay hydrated becomes very important. As the weather gets warmer, the risk of dehydration increases so you may have to drink more water than normal. With our Magnesium Mineralized Water recipes for infused water, you can stay hydrated and enjoy the tastes of summer.

Enjoy Orange and Sage Infused Water made with Magnesium Mineralized Water.

1 orange

4 sage leaves

2 cinnamon sticks

1.5 litres of Magnesium Mineralized Water

 

Cut the orange into thin slices. Add the orange slices, sage leaves and cinnamon sticks to a jug and fill with Magnesium Mineralized Water. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

6 strawberries

5 slices of ginger

3 stems of mint leaves

1.5 litres of Magnesium Mineralized Water

 

Cut the strawberries into very thin slices. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Add the strawberries, ginger and mint to a jug. Fill with Magnesium Mineralized Water and leave to steep for 10 – 15 minutes.

1 thin slice of watermelon

1 thin slice of honeydew melon

5 slices of ginger

2 vanilla pods

1.5 litres of Magnesium Mineralized Water

 

Remove the seeds from the melons and cut into cubes. Add to a jug with the vanilla pods and ginger. Fill up with Magnesium Mineralized Water, put in the fridge and leave for 15 – 20 minutes.

 

Pomegranate Rosemary Infused Water

Refreshing Pomegranate and Rosemary Infused Water made with Magnesium Mineralized Water

1 pomegranate

¼ of a pineapple

2 sprigs of rosemary

2 stems of mint leaves

1.5 litres of Magnesium Mineralized Water

 

Remove the stem and skin of the pineapple and cut into small cubes. Cut the pomegranate in half and extract the juices from one-half using a lemon squeezer. Put the juice to one side. Remove the seeds from the other half. Place the pomegranate half seed-side down on a chopping board and hit it with a wooden spoon. Put the seeds, juice and pineapple pieces into a jug then add the rosemary and mint. Fill up the jug with Magnesium Mineralized Water and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Zesty Lemon and Thyme Infused Water made with Magnesium Mineralized Water

2 lemons

2 stems of lemon balm

2 stems of lemon thyme

1 sprig of rosemary

1.5 litres of Magnesium Mineralized Water

 

Squeeze the juice out of one of the lemons and pour into a jug. Cut the second lemon into thin slices and add to the jug. Add the rosemary, lemon balm and lemon thyme and fill the jug with Magnesium Mineralized Water. For best results, steep for a maximum of 10 minutes.
